Are you excited about the 2018 Cork French Film Festival?

The 29th Cork French Film Festival brings you a sensational programme with a strong emphasis on contemporary French Cinema, dynamic directing, a wealth of new releases, and a host of up and coming new names from France.

Cork French Film Festival is especially honoured and privileged to welcome Sandrine Bonnaire, internationally acclaimed French actress to present Catch the Wind (Prendre le large, 2017) along with its director Gaël Morel. The Screening will be directly linked to a Masterclass at UCC.

In addition to our programme at the Gate Cinema, we are delighted to organise a special screening of Marie Curie, the Courage of Knowledge. This screening will be held at the CIT’s Rory Gallagher Theatre with an introduction by Dr Helen O’Shea from the Department of Biological Sciences at CIT

The Cork French Film Festival will also welcome DACO, a French Street Artist for a special exhibition at Alliance Française de Cork and a presentation of his work at the Crawford Art Gallery.

The Cork French Film Festival has been on an incredible 29 year journey and we welcome you to join us for a fantastique cinematic experience.
